If you make a Property Protection Trust Will, we check how your property is owned at the Land Registry to make sure that it can be passed on in your Will. If necessary, we’ll re-register for you it as being held as tenants in common so that it can.

The Office of the Public Guardian, the government department responsible for LPAs, charges £82 to register each LPA. This cost is included within our price.

Additional discounts are available if any family member also wants to make a Will or an LPA using the Face-to-face service. Please ask when we telephone you to arrange a booking.
